Moroccan tajine and soup on fire
Tajines

Enough meat and vegetables for one person bubbling away in each Moroccan tajine on the little coal braziers.
The dome is completely filled with raw food. As it cooks, it reduces, the lid lowers on the bottom, liquid seals it and it slowly cooks to perfection.
Soup

This round bottomed pot sits on a fire all day long. It stays on the brazier forever, the soup is scooped out with the big spoon serving as a lid. Moroccan pot-aux-feu.
